The European Film Awards 2018 has assigned on saturday the award for the best European Animated Feature to Another Day Of Life.The film wins against The Breadwinner, Early Man and White Fang.Based on a true story, it tells the events of the Polish journalist and writer Ryszard Kapu¶ciński and the nightmare he experienced on the streets of the African state during the 1975 civil war.The film reconstructs the events write in the journalist's book by mixing them with interviews and other material of the period to show the situations in which the protagonist found himself during the three months spent on the field, the people he met and the crimes he witnessed.
