Makoto Shinkai's new anime will be a fantasy road movie. The young and brilliant Japanese author and director Makoto Shinkai, one of the most popular in the anime world, presented his new film.Punctually every three years the author, director, animator and so on (he really takes care of all the phases of a production) presents his new work.
