Read...
We talked last year about the new Gundam: Hathaway franchise from Sunrise. A few months before the first film arriving in Japanese theaters, we show you the trailers and posters.
Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway (original Kido Senshi Gundam: Senko no Hathaway) is the project that brings in anime the original manga Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway's Flash created by the master Yoshiyuki Tomino, a three volumes novel published between 1989 and 1990.

The novel series is set in the year UC0105 and centers around Hathaway Noa, who appeared in the 1988 film Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack as the son of the influential Federation ship captain Bright Noa. (Char's Counterattack is set in the year UC 0093.) The novel series deals with the aftermath of Char's Counterattack's climatic finale.

Shukou Murase (Ergo Proxy, Gangsta., Witch Hunter Robin, Genocidal Organ) is directing the project, while Yasuyuki Mutou (Basilisk, Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn RE: 0096, Deadman Wonderland) is the author of the script. Pablo Uchida, Naoyuki Onda and Shigeki Kuhara adapted in animations the character designs created by Haruhiko Mikimoto for the manga, such as Hajime Katoki, Kimitoshi Yamane, Seiichi Nakatani and Nobuhiko Genba adapted in animation the mecha design from the work by Yasuhiro Moriki. Closes the staff Hiroyuki Sawano (Attack on Titan, Mobile Suit Gundam Narrative, Mobile Suit Gundam UC), author of the soundtrack.

The release of the film is scheduled in Japanese theaters on July 23. Here is the trailer in which we listen to the song by the band ALEXANDROS and the poster:
