The Studio Ponoc, a young Japanese animation studio that debuted with Mary and the Witch's Flower, shows the first animations of a new animated short films project.
Founded by Yoshiaki Nishimura, born in 1977, former producer at Studio Ghibli which brought to Ponoc former artists of the first mentioned animation studio, including the director Hiromasa Yonebayashi, (Arrietty and When Marnie Was There), now presents a new project.

Ponoc Short Films Theatre. Volume 1 – Modest Heroes. "Kanini & Kanino", "Life Ain't Gonna Lose" and "Invisible" is the message and titles announced in a tweet, with date and place: August, 24 in Japanese theaters.
