Flow by Gints Zilbalodis continues to collect awards

After Cannes, Annecy and the EFA among the major festivals, the feature film Flow by Latvian author and director Gints Zilbalodis takes another step towards the Oscars.

After the exploit at Annecy [news] and at the European Film Awards [news], just some of the 30 awards currently collected in over 50 nominations at film festivals around the world, the feature film Flow also won the Golden Globe in the "Best Motion Picture Animated" section.

An important award for an all-European independent work that continues to surprise critics and audiences and an important step, as some industry magazines cite, towards the Oscar.
