The anime version of the South-Korean manwha Solo Leveling will have a second season, after the enthusiastic reviews of the first which just ended. Find the trailer immediately below.
The announced title is Solo Leveling Season 2 - Arise from the Shadow -, a work that continues the adventures of the protagonist written by Chugong and illustrated by the artist DUBU b> (passed away in 2022).

Synopsis: Whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, but in Sung Jinwoo’s case, whatever killed him made him stronger. After being brutally slaughtered by monsters in a high-ranking dungeon, Jinwoo came back with the System, a program only he could see, that’s leveling him up in every way. Now, he’s inspired to discover the secrets behind his powers and the dungeon that spawned them.

The anime series is not very original, creating a world where some hunters with extraordinary powers face dungeons to kill the monsters inside, like in a classic role-playing game, but the first season, made up of 12 episodes, conquered the public also thanks to the excellent realization.

The series is produced by Japanese studios A-1 Pictures together with Production I.G, with the direction of Shunsuke Nakashige (Sword Art Online), the characters design by Tomoko Sudo and the monsters designed by Hirotaka Tokuda.

The Crunchyroll platform was responsible for broadcasting worldwide and announced the rights for the second season as well.

While waiting for further information, here is the trailer:
