Netflix released a few hours ago the first animations of the new series Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft, Masters of the Universe: Revolution and a clip from Scott Pilgrim Takes Off.
Indiana Jones in the female and video game version is ready to return with an anime-style animated series with Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft.

The series is based on the action-adventure video game franchise launched in 2001, which follows the British archaeologist across the world as she infiltrates dangerous ruins in search of lost and legendary artifacts. The character appeared on the big screen in two films with Angelina Jolie (2001 and 2003) and again in a 2018 reboot with Alicia Vikander.

The series is produced by Legendary Entertainment with game developer Crystal Dynamics, and animated by Powerhouse Animation Studio based in Austin, Texas (Castlevania, Blood of Zeus, Seis Manos, The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf).

Expected in 2024 on Netflix, here is a preview:

Masters of the Universe: Revolution is the new production of the reboot wanted by director and producer Kevin Smith. The new series includes 5 x 25-minute episodes produced by Mattel Television and Netflix, also animated by Powerhouse Animation Studios. The executive producers are Kevin Smith, Ted Biaselli, Rob David, Christopher Keenan and Frederic Soulie.

The newly mechanized Skeletor, armed with the might of Motherboard, attacks the heart of Eternia while Prince Adam grapples with a new responsibility and what that means for him as He-Man! Adam is forced to choose between the scepter or the sword, and a life as either the King or the Champion! Meanwhile, the new Sorceress Teela searches for the secret of Snake Magic in the mists of Darksmoke to rebuild a magic realm and help He-Man hold off the greatest threat Eternia has ever faced: the return of the despot Hordak, the ruthless leader of the Horde Empire!

Scheduled for 2024, here's a preview:

In addition, a clip from the animated series Scott Pilgrim Takes Off, the brand new interpretation of Bryan Lee O'Malley's successful graphic novels and the live-action film directed by Edgar Wright. The animated series consisting of 8 episodes will debut exclusively on the well-known streaming platform on November 17.

Made at the Japanese Science SARU studios and directed by Abel Gongora. Executive producers, writers and co-showrunners are author O'Malley and BenDavid Grabinski.
