The new Pixar film in theaters next week tells us the true story of the astronaut protagonist of the Toy Story saga.
Lightyear will tell us about the exploits that made the Space Ranger of the famous saga of toys made in Pixar. Catapulted forward in time by sixty-two years, he will find his station occupied by dangerous robot aliens and only a very few survivors, cadets, to defend it. Together they will have to try every way to defeat the enemies.
The film is directed by Angus MacLane, animator with long experience in the studios, from the short The Game of Geri (1997) to the co-direction of Finding Dory (2016). The film, produced by Galyn Susman, will feature actor Chris Evans who will voice Buzz.
In theaters beginning June 17, here the two clips "Operation Surprise Party" and "I'm Sox":
