Enrico Casarosa is the director of the new Pixar film

Read...
The genius Italian storyboard artist Enrico Casarosa, former director of the Pixar short film La Luna, next year he will play the role of director of his first feature film.
There is a lot of Italy in the new Pixar project: from the title, Luca, to the setting the Italian Riviera and beyond.

The original film will tell us the story of the maturity of a boy who lives an unforgettable summer full of ice cream, pasta and endless scooter rides on the Riviera. Luca shares these adventures with his new best friend, but all the fun is threatened by a deeply rooted secret: a sea monster from another world just below the surface of the water.

Produced by Andrea Warren, the film is directed by Enrico Casarosa, a project he has worked on for the past four years. His last credits were in fact stuck to 2017 (storyboard for Coco).

There are few information currently available topped with a couple of images that we show you at the top and bottom of the article, as well as the release date: summer 2021 in the classic Pixar slot.

You can follow Enrico on Twitter on his account.
