Netflix - Friendship between robots and humans. Netflix continues its run in the animation industry by presenting a new film made entirely in computer graphics and produced in China: Next Gen. Below we present the Italian trailer.Announced last May, the popular streaming service has secured the rights to distribute Next Gen by paying them $30 million, a title made by veterans Kevin R. Adams (art director of Free Birds , 9) and Joe Ksander (animation director for Yogi Bear, 9).The work is based on the online comic book 7723 created by Wang Nima, financed by Baozou Manhua and animated using the open source CG software Blender by the Canadian Tangent Animation.A story of a friendship with a top-secret robot turns a lonely girl's life into a thrilling adventure as they take on bullies, evil bots, and a scheming madman.A story that, however, seems poor in originality, presenting elements very close to the Disney's Big Hero 6, Blue Sky Studios Robots and also to Asimov masterpiece I, Robot. The movie launches on Netflix September 7. Here the official trailer and chinese poster:[ Fra - source Netflix ]. End of the article.
