A Lamb's Stew is the new tv special with Andy Serkis

The new TV special is an original short film from two European studios with a very evocative title: Lamb Stew, of which we show you a teaser below.

It is the first original television special from the Parisian studios La Cabane and the Belgian studios Thuristar, producers of numerous Mush-Mush specials.

A Lamb's Stew is made with the open-source software Blender, like the Oscar-winning film Flow, produced by Perrine Gauthier, directed by Joeri Christiaen, who also serves as art director and co-author, aided by Claire Paoletti as story consultant and Julia Smuts Louw for the final version of the script.

The voices of the characters include Keith Wickham, Harriet Carmichael, Tibby Radcliffe, Hal Radcliffe and Mackenzie Bruce-Lockhart and Andy Serkis, an actor and performance-capture expert most recently seen as Caesar in the saga Planet of the Apes.

Synopsis: Billie is a young lamb determined to prove that sheep are just as brave as other animals. Billie sets out to lure a wolf into a trap, only to discover that he isn’t the monster she thought he was... Through her journey, the film questions how preconceived ideas shape our worldviews. It invites viewers to embrace individuality... and to not judge a sheep by its wool, nor a wolf by its fur.
