Trailer for the anime Headhunted to Another World

The full title of the anime is Headhunted to Another World: From Salaryman to Big Four!, an adaptation of the manga that will be available in a few months in Japan.

The manga by Benigashira and Muramitsu features Dennosuke Uchimura, an ordinary Japanese employee who tries to climb the corporate ladder. When he is sent to Vietnam for work, he is the victim of an accident, and finds himself summoned into a terrifying fantasy world. Here the Demon King offers him a job: to become one of the four Heavenly Kings of the demonic army, with all the benefits that come with it! However, Dennosuke does not possess any particular strength or magic, he only has his great experience as an employee that he can use to his advantage. Will it be enough to make him survive this new job that he cannot refuse?

Headhunted to Another World: From Salaryman to Big Four! is directed by Michio Fukuda (Failure Frame), co-directed by Seung-Deok Kim, produced by GEEKTOYS and CompTown, with the series composed by Hiroko Fukuda (Our Dating Story: The Experienced You and The Inexperienced Me), character designs by Ayumi Nishihata (Migi & Dali), and music by Takafumi Wada (Owari no Seraph).

Originally released in 2019, the anime will premiere on January on Japanese TV and the Crunchyroll streaming service.
