Romance anime series Blue Box coming to Netflix in a few days

The romance anime series Blue Box will be available on the popular streaming platform in a few days. Info and trailer below.

Ao no hako, this is the original title (Blue Box in international territory) is the television anime based on the manga of the same name by Koji Miura which will debut on October 3 in Japan on the TBS network and its affiliated channels and, on the same day, on Netflix in the territories reached by the service.

Protagonist is Taiki Inomata a student part of the boys' badminton team at sports powerhouse Eimei Junior and Senior High. He's in love with basketball player Chinatsu Kano, the older girl he trains alongside every morning in the gym. One Spring day, their relationship takes a sharp turn...

A brand new series about love, sports, and youth directed by Yuichiro Yano (Lupin the Third: Part 5), with the screenplay supervised by Yuko Kakihara (Cells at Work!), characters designed by Miho Tanino (Tower of God, Blue Thermal), animation produced by Telecom Animation Film studios, and planning by UNLIMITED PRODUCE by TMS.
