Ubisoft and Netflix together for the Splinter Cell: Deathwatch series

The series of famous video games Splinter Cell created by Ubisoft will become an animated series. Here are the first images.

Splinter Cell: Deathwatch is the title of the series inspired by the award-winning video games by Ubisoft produced for over twenty years and, in turn, inspired by the novels by Tom Clancy.

Splinter Cell follows Sam Fisher, a black ops agent working for a US government division called the Fourth Echelon. An action and espionage series set in modern day.

Produced by Ubisoft Film & Television and animated by Danish studios Sun Creature (Flee) together with French Fost Studio, the series is directed by Guillaume Dousse and Félicien Colmet-Daage and written by Derek Kolstad (John Wick).

Initial information reports that the protagonist's voice actor in the original version is Liev Schreiber but no release date has been announced yet.
