Witch Hat Atelier anime premieres in 2025

The anime adaptation of the Kamome Shirahama manga titled Witch Hat Atelier comes with a promo and a release date scheduled for 2025.

The manga's story centers on Koko, a girl who lives in a little village, and who has always dreamed of becoming a wizard. But being born without magical aptitude meant that she could never become a wizard, and could never hope to witness magic's spark. She gave up on her dream. But one day, a traveling wizard named Kiefley came to her village, and she happened to see him performing magic.

Presented these days at Anime Expo [AX], the anime is directed by Ayumu Watanabe (Doraemon films) at the Bug Films studios. Producer is Hiroaki Kojima (Komi Can't Communicate animation producer). The character designer is Kairi Unabara (Pokémon Evolutions). The music composer is Yuka Kitamura (Elden Ring).
