The new DC series coming to Prime Video is Batman: Caped Crusader

The new animated series produced by the duo DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Animation is titled Batman: Caped Crusader, series of which we show you the first teaser below.

The series in which we also find J. as executive producers. J. Abrams with his Bad Robot and Matt Reeves and Bruce Timm, has a first season consisting of 10 episodes.

"There were some things I had in mind in the early '90s for the original Batman: The Animated Series that I didn't get to do," Timm says. "I wanted to do this emotionally messed up version of Batman, who is extremely detached and almost inhuman".

Among the voice actors, in the main roles we find Hamish Linklater (Batman), Jamie Chung (Harley Quinn), Christina Ricci (Catwoman) and Diedrich Bader(Harvey Dent).

The debut is expected on Prime Video from August 1st.
