A Sign of Affection - promo for Suu Morishita's romantic anime

Expected at the beginning of the year, the new anime produced by the Ajia-do studios is titled A Sign of Affection just like the manga from which it is based. Find the new promo below.

The main character of the series is Yuki, the typical university student whose life revolves around friends and social networks. But she has also been deaf since birth. Her chance meeting with Itsuomi, a friend of a friend who studies at the same university as her, makes her heart skip a beat. However, although Itsuomi can speak three languages, sign language is not among them. Will the two be able to find a way to communicate their feelings?

Adaptation of the anime of the same name by Suu Morishita published on Dessert, Kodansha's magazine since 2019, the anime is directed by Yūta Murano, also author of the storyboards, with the script written by Yoko Yonaiyama, the characters designed by Kasumi Sakai (animation director for Love Live! Sunshine!!) and the music composed by Yukari Hashimoto (Komi Can't Communicate, Am I Actually the Strongest?).

The anime will be available from January 2024 on the Crunchyroll platform.
