Fright Krewe - tales of terror in animations by Eli Roth

The studios DreamWorks Animation have announced a new animated series that will bring horror stories to small screens born from two excellent names.

The series will be titled Fright Krewe and will be composed of tales of terror, a series composed of 10 episodes made with 2D animations and created by Eli Roth (Hostel, Hemlock Grove) and James Frey (Queen & Slim).

Expected on the Hulu and Peacock platforms later this year, here is the official synopsis:

An ancient prophecy and a Voodoo Queen put misfit teens in charge of saving New Orleans from the biggest demonic threat it’s faced in almost two centuries. But, honestly? Saving the world might be easier than becoming friends.

Roth and Frey will serve as executive producers along with Joanna Lewis and Kristine Songco and co-producers Shane Acker (9 ) and Mitchell Smith.
