Teaser trailer for the two part anime film Collar x Malice

The anime inspired by the game Collar x Malice (Otomate) comes with a teaser trailer and the dates when it will arrive in Japanese theaters.

A brutal attack by a terrorist organization has left the protagonist with a deadly souvenir: a poisonous collar that could end his life at any moment. With the situation spiraling out of control and time running out, five mysterious strangers appear to aid him in your quest for the truth. Who can you trust? Will the unfortunate man be able to save himself from oblivion?

Different to the game, the films will tell an original story of "another incident" that takes place on the "other side" of the X-Day Incident.

This project is directed by Hiroshi Watanabe (Hetalia The Beautiful World, The Law of Ueki, Hell Girl: Three Vessels) at Studio DEEN, with composition by Sayaka Harada, character design by Yukiko Ban based on original design by Mai Hanamura, and music composed by Masaru Yokoyama.

The two films will hit Japanese theaters on May 26 and June 23, respectively.
