First video clip for Enzo D'Alò's A Greyhound of a Girl

The new animated feature film by italian director and veteran Enzo D'Alò is titled A Greyhound of a Girl and presents itself with the very first clip.

The story sees Mary, an 11-year-old girl with an irrepressible passion for cooking: she wants to become a great chef. Her grandmother Emer, with whom she has a very special relationship, encourages her to make her dream come true. But every path has her own obstacles, even unpredictable ones, and tackling them can become an adventure. Mary thus begins an exciting journey that overcomes the barriers of time, in which four generations of women will be able to confront each other and get to know each other deeply. A delicate story of growing up, full of irony.

Enzo D'Alò, screenwriter and director of titles such as Zorba and Lucky, Momo and Opopomoz, among the most famous, returns with the feature film A Greyhound of a Girl (Italian Mary e lo Spirito di Mezzanotte), written by D'Alò with Dave Ingham and taken from the book with the same name by Roddy Doyle.

With the design by Peter De Sève (Ice Age, Mulan, Finding Nemo) and music by David Rhodes (< i>Zorba and Lucky), the film is produced by Paul Thiltges Distributions, Aliante, Jam Media, Rija Films, Amrion Production, Fish Blowing Bubbles, with the contribution of Italian Ministry of Culture.
