New CG animated serie for SEGA's Sonic the Hedgehog

A first teaser trailer of the new animated series starring the well-known SEGA video game character has been released. Below the video.

Sonic Prime is the title of the new series made with CG animations produced by Netflix Animation and Sega of America together with Flixzilla Aura, Man of Action Entertainment and WildBrain Studios.

Written by Justin Peniston, Duncan Rouleau and Omar Spahi, there are 24 episodes in the pipeline of the classic duration of about 22 minutes each (with the first one lasting double) but not we still know if they will all be released together.

The adrenaline-pumping adventures of the protagonist Sonic the Hedgehog against the evil Dr. Eggman will also be able to disrupt the universe. Desperate to put his main reality back together and save his old friends, Sonic races through the Shatterverse, discovering strange worlds and enlisting new friends on an epic adventure of a lifetime!

The series will be available in a few months on the well-known streaming platform. Waiting for more information, here is the teaser trailer:
