First teaser of Henry Selick's Wendell and Wild

The return to directing of Henry Selick coincides with Netflix's new stop-motion animated production, by which we see the first teaser immediately below.

From the delightfully wicked minds of Henry Selick (director of The Nightmare Before Christmas and Coraline) and Jordan Peele (Nope, Us, Get Out) comes Wendell & Wild, the story of Kat (Lyric Ross), a troubled teen haunted by her past, who must confront her personal demons, Wendell & Wild (played by Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele) to start a new life in her old hometown.

Produced by Selick's production company, Monkeypaw Productions, Gotham Group, Principality-Young and Netflix Animation, the staff also includes the Argentine artist Pablo Lobato takes care of the design of the characters and the composer Bruno Coulais, author of the music.

Wendell & Wild also stars Angela Bassett, James Hong, and Ving Rhames.
