New trailer and premiere for the anime Gundam The Witch From Mercury

The new Mobile Suit Gundam : The Witch From Mercury series produced by Bandai Namco comes with a new trailer, visual and premiere. Find everything below.

Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury (in Japan Kido Senshi Gundam: Suisei no Majo) is the first TV series dedicated to the Gundam franchise in seven years.

The protagonist of the story is a young female pilot. The role of women - soldiers and civilians - has always been fundamental in the Gundam saga. In all Gundam sagas. And there has been no shortage of female Pilots placed in the foreground - like Crhistine in Gundam 0080 - but it is the first time, actually, that a female pilot has been placed at the center of a serial project. Her Mobile Suit is Gundam Aerial.

Director is Hiroshi Kobayashi, with Ichiro Okouchi (Code Geass co-author) author of the screenplay. The character design is by Mogumo, while the technical direction is entrusted to Yohei Miyahara. Artistic director is Ayumi Sato and author of the music is Takashi Ohmama.

The new promo let us listen to the song "Shukufuku" by YOASOBI and reveals that the premiere is scheduled for October 2nd on MBS and TBS. The prologue of this anime will be broadcast on September 25.
