Animusic Weekend: Cracker Island

Our appointment Animusic that every weekend brings us music and animations, today stops over in the United Kingdom to let us listen to the song Cracker Island by Gorillaz.

Just releases, the new single from the virtual band founded in 1998 by singer and multi-instrumentalist Damon Albarn and cartoonist Jamie Hewlett, shows us the new era of the band Gorillaz.

The videoclip mixes animations and live-action, with the members of the band, 2D, Murdoc, Noodle and Russel, represented no longer with two-dimensional drawings, but in CGI and perfectly included within a scenario in which there are also real people.

In a frenzy of police lights and hallucinations, Nexus Studios creates a psychedelic video for the song Cracker Island featuring the collaboration of the artist Thundercat. A video clip directed by band co-creator Hewlett and Emmy nominated director Fx Goby.
