Star Wars: Visions - volume 2 in spring 2023

On the occasion of the celebrations linked to the Star Wars franchise, the Disney studios announce the renewal of the animated anthology series.

Released last September 2021, the first season of anthological animated shorts called Star Wars: Visions, commissioned and made by Japanese animation studios including Kamikaze Douga, Studio Colorido, Geno Studio, Trigger , Kinema Citrus, Production I.G and Science SARU, are a new experiment successful but without excelling, with opinions not exactly up to expectations (7.0 on Imdb / 67% RottenTomatoes Audience / 6.8 Metacritic).

Disney and Lucasfilm have however confirmed the green light for a new season of the series set in the universe of the franchise and which will involve studios from all over the world and not only Japanese as the first one. However, there is currently no further news other than the release date: Spring 2023.
