Second promo video for the anime My Stepmom's Daughter Is My Ex

In Japana Mamahaha no Tsurego ga Moto Kano Datta, which simply translates to My Stepmom's Daughter Is My Ex, adaptation of the work of Kyosuke Kamishiro and Takayaki, which tells of a probable reality that could occur in families made up of adults with previous family situations behind them, with all the problems that these generate.

There is no better place to start over after a horrible relationship than at a new school, unless your ex ends up in this same school and is now your stepbrother. What used to be a sanctuary of peace can quickly turn into a living nightmare. The situation is very complicated. Now the two are family, and even though they have to continue acting as brothers and friends for the sake of their parents, things will never go back to the way they once were.

The anime, set to premiere later this year in Japan, is directed by Shinsuke Yanagi, written and supervised by Deko Akao (Komi Can't Communicate) and with character designs by Katsuyuki Sato, while animations are produced at project No.9 studios.

The series will debut on AT-X, Tokyo MX, BS NTV, and BS Fuji in July. In the new promo video we can also listen to the opening "Deneb to Spica" by DIALOGUE+:
