First animations for Princesse Dragon - new film by the French Ankama

The French Ankama studios present their new and interesting animated film expected at the end of the year in French theaters: Princesse Dragon.

The Ankama studios based in Roubaix, northern France, specializing in videogames, animation, publications and board games (Mutafukaz, Wakfu, Dofus), have released the trailer official of their new feature film: Princesse Dragon.

Directed by Anthony Roux and Jean-Jacques Denis (directors of the film Dofus), the film is original and, unlike the previous linked to any video game developed by the company.

The protagonist is Poil, a girl raised by a powerful dragon. But when her father has to pay for Witchcraft with her second most precious possession, it is Poil of her that she offers of her, plunging her into infinite sadness and forcing her to flee the family cave. Poil thus embarks on a journey to discover the world of men. In contact with them, she will learn friendship, solidarity, but also greed that seems to corrupt the hearts of men.

Among the film staff Sonia Demichelis as character designer, Renaud Boué as layout designer, Carlo Toselli as animation chief and the Japanese studio NoBorder (led by Thomas Romain) for 3D animations.
