Animusic Weekend: Featherweight

Let's start a new month and a new weekend with our appointment Animusic which today takes us to Seattle to listen to Featherweight by Fleet Foxes.

The indie folk band formed in 2006 in the well-known city of the state of Washington (USA) has already released 4 studio albums of which the last, released in September 2020, contains the single Featherweight.

The video follows a young hawk as he struggles to fly with a broken wing and a second and unexpected chance that life offers him. Directed by Sean Pecknold is made with stop-motion animations created with multiplane downshooting, the dawn of animated cinema.
