Castlevania - a spin-off animated series in production

As the Castlevania animated series comes to its conclusion, the studios are planning a spin-off. Below the first information.

The adventures of the vampire hunter and his friends are therefore not over and move to another historical moment.

The world of Castlevania, the series inspired to Konami's popular video game, will return on Netflix with a sequel spin-off starring Richter Belmont, descendant of Trevor and Sypha, while his actions will be set during the French Revolution.

The Texans Powerhouse Animation Studios will always produce the series, now almost exclusively working for the streaming platform with numerous shows. Sam and Adam Deats will be the directors, Kevin Kolde and Clive Bradley instead executive producer and showrunner respectively along with Konami and Project 51 Productions.

There is no release information yet but we will likely not see the first episodes until next year.

Last month the fourth and final season of Castlevania was released which worthily concluded the story of Trevor, the sorceress Sypha and Dracula's son Alucard.
