Batman's long Halloween in the new DC animated film

The new tv movie produced by Warner Bros. and set in the DC universe is Batman: The Long Halloween, Part One, the film of which we see the first animations below.

Produced by Warner Bros. Animation, DC and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, it is inspired by the iconic mid-90s story written by Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale, where a brutal murder that took place on Halloween devastates all of Gotham City. The young vigilante teams up with the only two uncorrupted lawmen in town (Captain James Gordon and District Attorney Harvey Dent) to defeat The Roman, the head of the infamous and powerful Falcone crime family. But the events will bring to light the murders committed by a serial killer whose identity becomes increasingly difficult to discover.

The film is directed by Chris Palmer (Superman: Man of Tomorrow) while the screenplay is written by Tim Sheridan (Reign of the Supermen, Superman: Man of Tomorrow). Producers are Jim Krieg (Batman: Gotham by Gaslight) and Kimberly S. Moreau (Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), with Butch Lukic (Justice Society: World War II, Superman: Man of Tomorrow) under general supervision.

Batman: The Long Halloween, Part One will be available at home from June 22 in digital and Blu-ray versions, while the sequel (part two) will arrive in 2022.
