New trailer for the Knights of Sidonia final anime film

The animated feature Knights of Sidonia: The Star Where Love is Spun that will close the franchise comes with a new trailer.

Created by the well-known and award-winning mangaka Tsutomu Nihei (BLAME!), Sidonia no Kishi: Ai Tsumugu Hoshi (this is the original title), is the final chapter of the Guardians' adventures against the Gauna aliens that comes after the two anime series (2014 and 2015).

A story that, however, will take a different path than the original manga, all always under the supervision of its author Nihei.

Scheduled for release in Japanese theaters on May 14, the film is directed by Tadahiro "Tady" Yoshihira, making its debut, under the direction of veteran Hiroyuki Seshita, the screenplay written by Sadayuki Murai and Tetsuya Yamada. The CG animations instead are produced by the well-known studio Polygon Pictures (trilogy of films Godzilla, Ajin, Ronia the Robber's Daughter).
