First images for Space Jam: A New Legacy

The sequel to the legendary film of the 90s made halfway between live-action and animations begins to show itself with the very first images.

After many years and many announcements we are ready to set our sights on the sequel to Space Jam (1996) starring the great Michael Jordan and the Looney Tunes gang.

In 2021 we return to a basketball court with almost all the main characters and a new athlete: LeBron James who takes the place of Jordan. Space Jam: A New Legacy is the sequel directed by Malcolm D. Lee (the latest director after two changes in production) which is scheduled for release next summer.

But compared to the first film, whose animation was made with classic 2D drawings (very accurate), the first images just released of the sequel show us the real "substance" of this new production: 3D computer graphics produced by Warner Bros. Animation.
