The final Evangelion film has a new date and a new teaser

The long-awaited anime Evangelion: 3.0 + 1.0: Thrice Upon A Time, the film that closes the quadrilogy dedicated to the well-known title of Hideaki Anno, has a new date and a new teaser trailer.

Presented by Studio Khara which, after the cancellations last summer due to the global pandemic, announced with this video the new release date of the film: January 23 in Japanese theaters.

The film closes the circle opened by the three Evangelion: 1.0 You Are [Not] Alone, Evangelion: 2.0 You Can [Not] Advance and Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo, which debuted in 2007, 2009, and 2012 respectively.

Last year, Netflix also included in its catalog the original series and the first two films Neon Genesis Evangelion: Death & Rebirth and Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evangelion.
