We showed you the first images from the new animated series The Midnight Gospel last month [news]. Created by one of the authors of Adventure Time, below we show you the first trailer.

Traversing trippy worlds inside his multiverse simulator, a space-caster explores existential questions about life, death and everything in between.

These are the words that describe the series The Midnight Gospel, created by Pendleton Ward (Adventure Time) and Duncan Trussell (Duncan Trussell Family Hour), animated in 2D by the studios Titmouse.

The first season's debut, which will feature 8 episodes, is set for April 20 on Netflix.
