Tuca & Bertie - 30-year-old bird women and romantic mishaps

Netflix presents a new animated series dedicated mainly to an adult audience. Tuca & Bertie is a comedy whose promises are very good. Below the first animations, interviews with authors and dubbers.

The main characters are two 30-year-old bird women whose friendship is full of romantic mishaps and candid conversations about womanhood.

Tuca is an arrogant and carefree toucan, and Bertie is an anxious songbird who dreams with open eyes. The first is dubbed by Tiffany Haddish and the second by Ali Wong, but the cast of voice actors also includes Steven Yeun and guest stars such as Nicole Byer, Richard E. Grant, John Early, Reggie Watts, Tig Notaro, Amber Ruffin, Jermaine Fowler, Tessa Thompson and many others.

Created by Lisa Hanawalt (BoJack Horseman executive producer), the series is produced by Michael Eisner's The Tornante Company and animated by Shadowmachine (both Bojack's production companies).

Tuca & Bertie will debuts on Netflix on May 3, 2019.
