From Russia the 4th chapter of The Snow Queen

One of the best-known Russian film franchise is The Snow Queen, computer graphics feature film that presents the chapter number four, due to open in 2019.

The official title is The Snow Queen: Mirrorlands, 4th film of the franchise that will land in Russian theaters on January 1, 2019.

Directed by Aleksei Tsitsilin and Robert Lence, here the official synopsis: This installment will return all the main characters, including Rollan. Of course, the Snow Queen will appear too - this time she'll transform into a ghost lady, visible only to Gerda. The heroes - and the audience with them - will be traveling by zeppelin and steam cart, they will also visit a flying City of Pirates. According to the plot, the characters, headed by the Snow Queen, have to unite their forces against mighty King Harald.

The production company is always the Russian Wizart Animation Studio, in co-production with Central Partnership (subsidiary of Gazprom Media) and Soyuzmultfilm. The graphic quality has improved year to year up to this work which, even though maintaining a soft-line style, presents greater care but can not convince to the end in the animations.

Was released in 2012 the first film of the franchise, The Snow Queen, Since then the series has sold to 150 countries and translated into 30 languages with over $100 million of global box-office revenue.
