The first trailer of the new Studio Ponoc anime

After Mary and the Witch's Flower, the young Japanese animation Studio Ponoc releases the first trailer of the new movie, in japanese theaters this summer.

Founded by Yoshiaki Nishimura, born in 1977, former producer at Studio Ghibli, show us the first animations of the new project titled Volume 1 - Modest Heroes, a feature movie composed by 3 short movie directed by former Ghibli artists.

Here the single titles and directors:

- Kanini & Kanino directed by Hiromasa Yonebayashi (Arrietty, Marnie, Mary and the Witch's Flower)
- Life Ain't Gonna Lose directed by Yoshiyuki Momose (veteran Ghibli animator)
- Invisible Man directed by Akihiko Yamashita (animations director of Arrietty, Il Castello Errante di Howl)

These movies are part of major project titled Ponoc Short Story Theater.

Volume 1 - Modest Heroes will hit japanese theaters on August 24. No infos on international releases yet.
