The childwood of the Grinch in the second official trailer

Let's take a deep look at the story of the Grinch, the new animated movie of the Illumination Studios, waiting for next Christmas.

Directed by Scott Mosier and Yarrow Cheney and produced by Chris Meledandri and Janet Healy, the new movie of the studios owned by Universal Pictures will be completed in time for Christmas 2018.

The Grinch tells the story of a cynical grumbler who decides to steal Christmas, but is eventually moved by a girl's generous Christmas spirit and changes her mind. Each year at Christmas they disrupt his tranquil solitude with their increasingly bigger, brighter and louder celebrations. When the Whos declare they are going to make Christmas three times bigger this year, the Grinch realizes there is only one way for him to gain some peace and quiet: he must steal Christmas. To do so, he decides he will pose as Santa Claus on Christmas Eve, even going so far as to trap a lackadaisical misfit reindeer to pull his sleigh.

Voice of the main green-fured character will be the actor Benedict Cumberbatch.
