RinTaro. Born January 22, 1941 in Tokyo, RinTaro arrives at Toei Animation in 1958; in 1960 he works for the Mushi production of the master Osamu Tezuka: here he directs the episodes of classical works of Japanese animation like Astro Boy and Kimba, the white lion. He also directs episodes of many other television series: on all Capitan Harlock (1978), of the great Leji Matsumoto.In the seventies RinTaro confirms itself as one of the best directors of television souls.
